All-in-One Community

Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

The operator of All-in-One Community (the "Operator") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws, and handles personal information in connection with the All-in-One Community app (the "Service") as described below. The Service has no sign-up and does not ask users for information such as their name, phone number or email address.

1. Information stored only on your device

The following information is stored only on your device and is never sent to the Operator's servers. The Operator cannot see it, and it is deleted together with the app.

  • The communities you have added and their board settings
  • The titles and addresses of saved posts
  • The names of hidden authors
  • Read marks on posts (the last 30 days)
  • App settings such as theme and text size
  • Community login state (cookies issued by the site) and the list of communities you are logged in to

If you use the community login feature, your ID and password are entered directly on that site's own login page shown inside the app and are sent only to that site; neither the app nor the Operator receives or stores them. The login state issued by the site is used only when connecting to that site, and it is excluded from device backups and device transfers. You can delete it with Log out in board settings, by removing the community, or by deleting the app.

A file created with the backup feature is saved to the location you choose and is not sent to the Operator. You are responsible for keeping and managing backup files.

2. Information handled by the Operator

The Operator receives information only in the following cases. This information contains nothing that identifies you.

  • When you report a post: the address of the reported post and the reason for the report
  • When you add a site the app does not support: the address and name of that site

Purpose: reviewing and acting on reports, and choosing which sites to support

Retention: deleted without delay once the purpose is fulfilled, and in any case no later than one year after receipt.

When this information is sent, the Operator's server may record the connecting IP address and time, as any ordinary web server does. These records are used only for server security and incident response and are deleted within the same period.

3. Automatically collected information and third-party services

To provide and improve the Service free of charge, the Operator uses services from Google. In the process, the following information is sent to and processed by Google. Google's processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Google AdMob (advertising)

  • Processor: Google LLC (United States)
  • Data: advertising ID, device information (model, operating system version, language), IP address, ad impression and click records
  • Purpose: serving ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraudulent clicks
  • Retention: according to Google's policies

Firebase Analytics (usage statistics)

  • Processor: Google LLC (United States)
  • Data: app instance ID, advertising ID, device information, approximate location (country and city estimated from the IP address), app usage records (app launches, screens viewed, the domain of the community a read post belongs to, time spent)
  • Purpose: understanding and improving how the Service is used
  • Retention: 14 months from collection

Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports)

  • Processor: Google LLC (United States)
  • Data: records of crashes and errors in the app (the error and where in the code it happened, time, app version), device information (model, operating system version, free memory and storage, screen orientation), an identifier set for each app installation
  • Purpose: finding and fixing the causes of app errors
  • Retention: 90 days from collection

This information is sent over the internet from time to time while you use the app. The addresses and contents of the posts you read and your saved posts are not sent as usage statistics. The Operator can only see aggregated statistics provided by Google for usage, and only the error and device information for crash reports, and receives no information that identifies an individual user.

4. Connections to source sites

To show posts, the Service connects directly from your device to each source site. The source site may receive your IP address and device information, just as when you visit it with an ordinary web browser, and sites shown as web pages may store cookies. For sites you are logged in to, your login state is sent along when connecting, so the site may record the visit as coming from your logged-in account. Source sites are independent businesses unrelated to the Operator, and the information they handle is governed by each site's own privacy policy. The Operator is not involved in, and is not responsible for, the handling of personal information by source sites.

5. Provision to third parties

The Operator does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where required by law through the prescribed procedure, such as a request from an investigative authority.

6. Deletion

The Operator deletes information without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted in a way that prevents recovery.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

  • You may at any time ask the Operator to access, correct, delete or suspend the processing of your information. Requests sent to the contact address below are handled without delay. Because the Operator holds no information that identifies you, please include details that identify the information in question, such as the address of the post you reported.
  • Information stored on your device can be deleted directly in the app's settings or by deleting the app.
  • If you do not want personalized ads, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device's Settings > Google > Ads.
  • Users in regions where consent is required, such as Europe, can change their ad consent in the app's Settings > Ad privacy settings.
  • Rights regarding information processed by Google can be exercised with Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Children's personal information

The Service is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If the Operator learns that a child under 14 has used the Service, the related information is deleted without delay.

9. Security measures

  • Communication with the Operator's server uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • Access to the information handled by the Operator is limited to the Operator, and only the minimum necessary information is handled.

10. Privacy officer

  • In charge: the Operator
  • Email: [email protected]

Please send any questions, complaints or requests for remedy regarding personal information to the email address above.

11. Remedies for infringement

Users in the Republic of Korea may apply for dispute mediation or counseling to the following organizations.

  • Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee: 1833-6972 (www.kopico.go.kr)
  • Personal Information Infringement Report Center: 118 (privacy.kisa.or.kr)
  • Supreme Prosecutors' Office: 1301 (www.spo.go.kr)
  • Korean National Police Agency: 182 (ecrm.police.go.kr)

Users in other countries may contact the data protection authority in their own country.

12. Changes to this policy

Changes to this policy are announced in the Service or on the Operator's website at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before if the changes significantly affect users' rights.

This policy takes effect on October 15, 2026.
