All-in-One Community
Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the All-in-One Community app (the "Service") provided by the operator of All-in-One Community (the "Operator"), the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Operator and users, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the app and its features that load posts published on the online communities a user has chosen onto the user's device so they can be read in one place.
- "User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Source site" means each online community or website from which the Service loads posts. Source sites are not affiliated with, partnered with or related to the Operator.
- "Post" means any content published on a source site, including articles, comments, images, videos and links.
Article 3 (Effect and amendment of the Terms)
- These Terms take effect when the user agrees to them on the first screen of the Service.
- The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. The effective date and the changes will be announced in the Service or on the Operator's website at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before if the changes are unfavorable to users.
- Continuing to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms is deemed acceptance of them. A user who does not agree may stop using the Service and delete the app.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law and general commercial practice.
Article 4 (Nature of the Service)
- The Service is a viewing tool that loads publicly available web pages at the user's request and displays them, working in the same way as a web browser.
- Every post is loaded directly from the source site by the user's device when the user opens a screen. The Operator does not write, edit, store, transmit or distribute posts, and does not select or recommend them. Posts never pass through the Operator's servers.
- The Service is not an official app of any source site. The names and trademarks of source sites belong to their respective owners, and the Service displays those names only to indicate which site a post comes from.
Article 5 (Service features)
The Operator provides the following features free of charge, as is.
- Loading the boards and posts of the communities a user has chosen and displaying them in the app's own layout
- Displaying sites that cannot be converted into the app's layout as their original web pages
- Saving posts, hiding authors, reporting, and backup and restore
- Any other features the Operator may add
Article 6 (Rights and responsibilities for posts)
- Copyright and all other rights in a post belong to its author and the source site.
- The Operator does not review or guarantee the content, accuracy, legality, reliability or harmfulness of posts and accepts no responsibility for them. Disputes and damages arising from posts are to be resolved between the author, the source site and the user.
- The Operator has no authority to delete or edit posts on source sites. Requests to delete or correct a post, or to report an infringement of rights, should be made to the source site.
- If the rights holder of a post or a source site does not want posts to appear in the Service, please contact us at the address below. After review, the Operator will take the measures available to it, such as removing the site from the default list.
- Users may only view posts through the Service and must not copy, store, distribute, sell or otherwise use them; users bear the responsibility for doing so.
Article 7 (User obligations and responsibilities)
Users must not do any of the following.
- Violate the law or these Terms
- Use the Service in a way that violates the terms or policies of a source site
- Place an excessive load on a source site or the Service by abnormal means
- Disassemble, modify or copy the Service, or interfere with other people's normal use of it
- Harass others or file false reports
A site that a user adds by entering its address is one the user has chosen to connect to on their own. The user is responsible for complying with that site's terms and for the consequences of connecting to it.
If a user's violation of these Terms or the law causes damage to the Operator or results in a claim against the Operator by a third party, the user must compensate the Operator for that damage and the related costs.
Article 8 (Reporting and hiding)
- Users may report inappropriate posts. A report is a request for the Operator to review; it does not oblige the Operator to take any specific action or to notify the user of the outcome.
- Posts from the author of a reported post are hidden only on the reporting user's device. The Operator cannot delete or edit posts on source sites.
- The reporting user is responsible for any consequences of false or repeated unjustified reports.
Article 9 (Advertising)
- The Operator shows advertisements in the Service in order to provide it free of charge.
- Advertisements are provided by Google. The content of an advertisement and any transaction made through it are matters between the user and the advertiser. The Operator is not involved in the content of advertisements or in such transactions and is not liable for any resulting damage.
Article 10 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)
- Some sites or features may stop working without notice because of changes to a source site's structure, blocked access, maintenance and similar causes.
- The Operator may change features or suspend part of the Service to improve it or for operational reasons, and will give advance notice except in urgent cases.
- The Operator may terminate the Service entirely, in which case notice will be given in the Service or on the Operator's website at least 30 days in advance.
- Because the Service is provided free of charge, the Operator is not liable for damage caused to users by changes to, suspension or termination of the Service, unless caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 11 (Disclaimer of warranties)
- The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not warrant that the Service will operate without interruption or error, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will be secure, or that posts will be current or accurate.
- The posts shown by the Service are created by source sites and their authors and are not endorsed or guaranteed by the Operator.
Article 12 (Limitation of liability)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for the following.
- Damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service
- Damage arising from posts, source sites, sites added by the user, advertisements, or other external services such as Google
- Damage arising from problems with the user's device, network environment or operating system, or from the user's own fault
- Loss of or changes to user data, such as saved posts and settings
- Damage caused by events beyond the Operator's control, such as natural disasters, power outages, network failures or third-party attacks
- Indirect, special or consequential damage, or loss of expected profit
Even where the Operator is found liable, given that the Service is provided free of charge, the Operator compensates only ordinary damages within the limits set by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to damage caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 13 (User data)
- Saved posts, hidden authors, added communities and similar data are stored only on the user's device. They may be lost when the app is deleted or the device is changed, and users must keep their own copies using the backup feature.
- The Operator does not keep user data and therefore cannot recover it.
Article 14 (Intellectual property)
- Rights in the Service itself, including the app's code, design, name and icon, belong to the Operator. Rights in posts are governed by Article 6.
- Users may use the Service for personal purposes only and may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Service without the Operator's permission.
Article 15 (Governing law and dispute resolution)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- If a dispute arises in connection with the Service, the Operator and the user will first try in good faith to resolve it by consultation. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
